Nice customer service and beautiful setting are really great - totally value for money! And the rooftop.

We had a really present stay at Trident Hyderabad Hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, has a lot of food variety and the staff from the restaurant is also very qualified. The hotel has an excellent scent as you get in and all the flowers are amazingly fresh! It gives you a luxury home feeling. Special thanks to Rohan, Rahmat Shaik, Prachi and Sourav for all the help and good hospitality they gave us. Next time I'll for sure choose Trident Hyderabad and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to all and keep it up!

We visited off season, but still got a “family” feeling, because we played games in the evening and the host put on movies after request. The staff helped us with renting bikes and train tickets. Truly loved this place. And the food is amazing!!!

Neat and clean, car parking.
The bedsheets had stains . The car park that was mentioned as available but seemed lik it was some valet park available at some site away from the property. Not safe at all to hand over a vehicle considering we had a bad experience doing the same before. Always better to be informed about parking well in advance so we can make hotel booking accordingly
Over all the stay was very Good, though it is located just beside the bus station we have lot of hotels and other stuffs . only one thing i wanted to mention is they have car parking for 2 - 3 cars space we can park at a time so please call the hotel after or before booking for the car parking availability is it only to park the car inside the hotel but we have outside some space which is not near to the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good and close to the main road and easy access The rooms were maintained well and were clean Car parking is a constrain if we have to access the vehicle a few times during the day as they have parking only in the basement and the road to park the car in front of the hotle is very congested
Food is very bad and they are surging afternoons food in dinner. When we order food for room they gave disposal plates . No car parking and they have valet parking and need to wait 5-10 min. Checkin and check out they took more than 10 minutes as they have only one person in reception

in the heart of the city, so nearby to all hotspots. All kind of stores are available as Ooty market is near by… Inspite of being near the city it’s not noisy it’s quite and cozy. Room service and cleaning not done. Noisy fan, and spring mattress not recommended for people with back pain. Toilet commode was broken. No hotel canteen. No arrangement Car parking , you have to park outside. Basement parking is very small which is sufficient for 3 cars only, but they are always full.
