We stayed at 4 hotels during our month long holiday in Hyderabad and the Trident was one of the best!! From the moment we walked in till we left about 8-9 days later, our stay was made extremely comfortable and the staff were extremely polite but friendly! everyone from the reception staff to restaurant staff to security to housekeeping took a few minutes to talk to us daily to ensure our stay was comfortable and always made us feel welcome! 1. Lovely housekeeping staff! My mother always carries a small idol of Sri Vishnu whenever we go on holiday and usually places it on a table somewhere so she can do her prayers. Once when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found that when the house keeping staff had come in to make up the room, they had actually left flowers and beautiful decorated around her idol!!! This has never ever happened to us in 60 years of travelling! Uma from housekeeping left a lovely note as well with it and we found it so touching touching and a beautiful gesture. 2. At breakfast, a senior manager was always around to ensure that guests were being served constantly, cleaning and hygiene was maintained and he talked with guests throughout to ensure everything was in line with expectations. The food and service were excellent 3. the Italian restaurant, Tuscany, is absolutely brilliant! The food was superb and my husband, who is Italian himself, personally spoke to the head chef and congratulated on the truly authentic Italian experience he found in India! :) The Trident is a fantastic hotel because of their lovely staff! We cannot wait to return and they have truly embodied their values and the Indian hospitality that any traveller can only hope for! Thank you Trident team!
