The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.
