Doors, keys and locks were easy to use. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Cereals, different snacks and tea bags, etc. were always ready. During my trip throughout Ireland, I spent the most time here relaxing in the room because I missed being inside as an introvert. It felt so nice just laying in bed, hugging the soft blanket, drinking hot tea, and watching YouTube on the smart TV! They provided three towel sizes (bath towel, hair towel, face towel), and most surprisingly imo a jar of q-tips!!

Good location for exploring the area. Despite being at the front of building (facing the street), we didn’t notice any street noise.

The location was fabulous, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and reasonable in the parking station across the road. A warm and informative welcome from the reception area (in the cafe downstairs). The bed was the best I have slept in on our two week trip....and probably of many stays in hotels around the world, though I'm a bit of a soft princess when it comes to beds😉. The Parlour Room was a wonderful space to relax when we returned from days out....have a drink and chat to other guests. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was delicious and generous and the coffee a great start to the day.
