There are also three electric vehicle charging points available in the car park. Everything was amazing! The room and washroom were spotless, and everything was fully controllable in terms of lighting, heat, smart tv etc. The blackout curtains were WONDERFUL, and having a secure car park was really helpful. Staff were also amazing and really helpful. Just up the street is a great wood fired pizza place, which is also amazing. One hundred percent would stay here again and would recommend! I research accommodations thoroughly, and was fairly sure this would be a great stay, but it exceeded my expectations.

Quick cab ride into the city center. Dedicated parking spot out front. Very happy with staying here.

The guest house is located a little outside of Dublin, but you can easily reach everything by car. Gillian and Paschal are incredibly great hosts and do everything to make you feel at home. The stay was a real highlight for my parents.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Beechtree House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Dublin, 13 km from Phoenix Park. The property was built in 1989 and has accommodation with a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Just about everything has exceeded our expectation. Pat picked us up on the airport and then welcomed us together with Joan like we would be at home. We had two rooms (three persons), one in the first floor (delux) and appartment in the ground floor - the garden studio (fully furnished including all necesities for making breakfast, there was nothing to complain about). We did not expect we would have a breakfast included, it was a nice surprise. Also got a welcome pack on the room (basket with fruits and bottle of wine), which warmed us up after walking around the city. Cozy appartment, comfortable beds, whatever we would need, we would get, just ask for. Both Pat and Joan were very friendly, gave us good advices regarding Dublin and we had very good feelings they don´t take us as guests, but rather like a part of family. Should ve ever go to Ireland (and we hope we would), staying in their appartment would be as a must :)

At the bed and breakfast, every room is equipped with a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Two rooms have private bathrooms and 2 rooms have a shared bathroom. The place was nice and neat. Private bathroom which was great - with clean towels, soaps and hair dryer. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Shops situated closeby. Neighborhood was in a quiet street.
