Amazing location, GORGEOUS room with top notch modern amenities (air conditioning, brand new smart tv, excellent lighting, bathroom floor heating! What?!) with so many little helpful details (bar fridge, nespresso + kettle, umbrella) and a REALLY nice shower. Bed was so comfy, staff was so helpful. I could afford it, and usually rooms I can afford aren’t half so well appointed. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Quick cab ride into the city center. Dedicated parking spot out front. Very happy with staying here.

It is evident that a lot of thought has been put into making this into as welcoming and easy-to-stay-in place as possible. After traveling a fair bit I've never stayed in a nicer home than this one. Gillian was a welcoming and friendly host who went out of her way to make us feel at home!

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Beechtree House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Dublin, 13 km from Phoenix Park. The property was built in 1989 and has accommodation with a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We had a very pleasent stay at Beechtree House. The room was nice, the breakfast good and the hosts, Joan & Pat, made us feel very welcome. Joan even waited up for us when we arrived very late due to delays on our airfare. Thank you so much. We can truly recommend to stay in Beechtree House!
