The staff were the nicest and happiest company to be around. The room and bathroom had a beautiful Balinese feel with the comfiest bed and great aircon. The pool area amenities, complimentary chauffeur that could take you around the area and easy motorbike hire direct from reception (they have them waiting there) topped it off. I never leave reviews but the staff deserve the praise.

From the first moment the staff did all in their power to make our stay as pleasant as they could. The room was clean and spacious and I was greeted with birthday wishes and a birthday letter from the management. At breakfast on my birthday I was celebrated with a birthday cake and happy birthday song. All this along with great service and kindness of the staff made my stay unforgettable. Thank you so much!

They also had a great menu with lots of options for a very reasonable price. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. It is very aesthetic and the choice of material is awesome. We had a room directly looking at the jungle with a bathtub on the balcony. The room was beautiful and also quite big. The staff kept it very clean and made it smell very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They also have a nice gym with a squat rack, dumbbells and cardio equipment.
