The staff are very helpful, they go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. Fira is about a 7 minute car journey from the hotel but the hotel offers free transport there and back between the times of 10:00 - 21:30, it was a great service! if you want to stay in Fira after this time, buses run up to 00:00 for 2 EUR, which drops you right outside the hotel. The breakfast is phenomenal and gets brought to your room. Every evening you submit a breakfast sheet where you detail what you want for breakfast the next day and what time you would like it and it is there, also a great service! We hired a car for on day while in Santorini and not only did we park at the hotel free of charge, Marcos helped us to get the in touch with the car rental company and also they met us at the hotel with the car and we simply dropped it off at the airport. The room was very spacious with table and chairs inside as well as outside to enjoy breakfast, big double bed, large wardrobe and beautiful bathroom with a luxurious shower.

Katerina, her partner and the cleaning staff showed great hospitality. They upgraded our room to one with a balcony and we enjoyed lounging with drinks by the pool. And when we checked out, we were able to leave our bags at the reception while we explored Fira (3min walk away).
