Very nice and modern looking hotel.The room that we stayed was cosy and well cleaned.The breakfast was so tasty with a variety of Mediterranean snacks and drinks.The staff of the hotel was friendly and kind especially the receptionist.All of them love their job and they did anything to make us feel comfortable and welcoming.

Guests can enjoy light meals, beverages and cocktails at the on-site snack bar. The large beautiful room, balcony with a sofa in the room for our honeymoon. Had a beautiful welcome to our suite. Walking distance to the restaurant, the port with more restaurants as well as grocery stores and souvenir's. Clean and safe room. Wonderful staff with the welcoming of guests.

The traditional stone building consists of 7 rooms with private bathroom, TV and refrigerator. Air conditioning comes standard. Perfect location in Pithagoreio. Green and quite place. You can walk from the airport.

Tsomadou Beach is 4 km away. Vathi Port is at a distance of 10 km while Samos Airport is 22 km away. Guests can find parking space 200 metres from the property. Room was very clean and convenient. Having a small kitchenette was more than enough to prepare a lazy morning breakfast. The location and the view is next to none. There are wonderful restaurants and coffee shops with in walking distance. A special thanks to our host, he made our stay an unforgettable one. One last note: Make sure to wake up early to watch the sunrise, at least once!

Samos Airport is 15 km away, while Vathy Port is at 3 km. Free parking can be found near the premises. Excellent location, a little bit away from the bustle of the city center but also still with easy access to it. Beautiful room and balcony with a view of the harbor. And the hostess is very welcoming and cheerful! I really enjoyed my stay.

The nearest restaurants are just 250 metres from the Gregory Studios, right in front of the Lemonakia Beach. A mini market is 500 metres away. The centre of Kokkari is 1 km away from the property. Samos Airport is a 29-minute drive. Free parking is possible on site. The location is superb, elevated location overlooking the sea. So peaceful. The rooms are fully equipped but we didn’t use the facilities - we are on holiday! The rooms are very comfortable and has all amenities - cable tv, wardrobe, aircon. The rooms are cleaned every day…

Located right on Kokkari Beach in Samos, Pansion Giannis Perris offers rooms with a furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Fish taverns and shops are within a 2-minute walk. Free WiFi is available throughout. On of the best places I've stayed at. At very reasonable price you live right at the beach in a spotless clean room. Excellent bed sheets, towels, good water tube (and thr water is not salty as it was in Turkey). 5 min from the bus stop, in the middle of Kokkari but still quiet.

Hera 2 is a short walk from bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a walk to the port of the town which is considered to be the oldest man-made port of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is 4 km from Samos International Airport. Free parking is offered on site. The beaches are quite close. I like the view of my room it was just in front of Pythgorion sculpture. The breakfast was nice and prepared home made. The owner lady and her cousin was nice and funny.
