Guests can enjoy light meals, beverages and cocktails at the on-site snack bar. The welcoming at the room was over any expectations. We traveled for our wedding trip and the staff truly went out of their way to make the room extra nice!! The receptionist Erifili was also a highlight to meet every day, super helpful and nice! The food and service at the roofbar was outstanding!

The hosts were very polite and discrete, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, the apartment was super clean and had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

( close to port, samos town center, beach and some tavernas&pubs). The owner of the hotel was so kind and helpful .She gave us a small present when we left the hotel, she was the best hotel owner we had met.We felt like we were staying at our home.The room were cleaned everyday which was also great.

The nearest restaurants are just 250 metres from the Gregory Studios, right in front of the Lemonakia Beach. A mini market is 500 metres away. The centre of Kokkari is 1 km away from the property. Samos Airport is a 29-minute drive. Free parking is possible on site. I was favorably impressed by the panoramic position and very close to the beach of Lemonakia and the best destinations of the island. The comfort of the apartment and especially of its terrace overlooking the sea. Maria’s availability and kindness always ready to satisfy our request. Highly recommended!!!

Located right on Kokkari Beach in Samos, Pansion Giannis Perris offers rooms with a furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Fish taverns and shops are within a 2-minute walk. Free WiFi is available throughout. On of the best places I've stayed at. At very reasonable price you live right at the beach in a spotless clean room. Excellent bed sheets, towels, good water tube (and thr water is not salty as it was in Turkey). 5 min from the bus stop, in the middle of Kokkari but still quiet.

Hera 2 is a short walk from bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a walk to the port of the town which is considered to be the oldest man-made port of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is 4 km from Samos International Airport. Free parking is offered on site. I loved everything. Madam was excellent host. She made everything perfect for us. Highly recommend this hotel.
