Would recommend coming up with a different setup.

The property is soundproof and is located 300 metres from Remataki Beach. Maria, our host was fabulous! 10 minute walk to town. Easy to get a few groceries and have a bite at the apartment while enjoying the gorgeous view outside! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Free private parking is possible on site, while free sun beds and free canoes are also provided on the beach. Quite location, private beach under the shadow of trees.  All standard rooms have a great Sea view. Rooms  are well equipped. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, oven,  coffee & toast machine, French press, coffee pot… Big enough balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. There is enough sand area for kids to play on the beach. The sea is clear, but a little rocky. We have seen red starfish, small octopus, many small and big fishes. Be careful with sea urchin. There are two canoe free to use.  The owner is very hospitable. When we arrived, he offered us cold drinks as well as a Greek coffee.  The cleaning lady is also very gentle. She surprised us by cleaning or dirty dishes. We are very thankful to everyone to make our holiday pleasant. Be aware that the location is one hour and 15 minutes far away from Vathi port by car. There is no meal service so you may need to buy food / beverage before you arrive. Markets are not walking distance, but there is one or two restaurants you can walk. Nearest town is Kampos. You can find several nice restaurants.

The best thing about our apartment studio was the balcony with a stunning view of the ocean! It was breathtaking. We even caught the most incredible sunrise from our balcony - it was amazing. The room was small, but adequate. The kitchenette worked alright for us. We made eggs with sautéed vegetables for breakfast. The woman who answered the door to give us the keys didn't speak much English, but she was still very helpful. We needed a taxi at 2:30 am for an incredibly early ferry boat (leaving at 3:25 am), so I had asked the Timothy to please schedule that. He came though thankfully and the taxi was there and waiting right on time!! The room was clean and the beds were good. They really packed a lot into the tiny room - we had a tiny table and two chairs too. There was also a small table and two chairs on the balcony, which was really nice. It's a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants with gorgeous views. We rented two loungers with pads, a shade umbrella, and two waters from the restaurant (which was really good) called Tarsanas for 6 euros for the day. The beach is filled with small, beautiful, polished rocks (you need water shoes). The water is a beautiful, clear turquoise. It was quite windy during our stay - I think it is often windy. A lot of the area near the beach is mostly flat for walking, but to reach the studio there is a long staircase, so probably not best if you have mobility issues. I actually have a bad knee, but was able to manage without much problem. I'd highly recommend Studios Loukia. The town has a laid back vibe - lots of good restaurants, but didn't seem like a late night party place (which works for us). A real beach town.

Traditional restaurants can be found at 500 metres and bars at 400 metres. Within 100 metres, you will also reach a mini market, where you can buy your daily essentials. Samos Airport is 15 km away, while Vathy Port is at 3 km. Free parking can be found near the premises. Rooms extremely clean and the lady that welcomed us was very helpful and assisted with any matters we had. Good location with markets and beach nearby.

The nearest restaurants are just 250 metres from the Gregory Studios, right in front of the Lemonakia Beach. A mini market is 500 metres away. The centre of Kokkari is 1 km away from the property. Samos Airport is a 29-minute drive. Free parking is possible on site. nicely laid out. Rentals are scattered throughout their large property. Easy access to beaches. Staff very accommodating.
