Do not hesitate in booking this hotel, way more than a 2 star hotel!!

Everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thanks to Maria, Alice and Xrysa. And the entire staff at cosmos! Please if you are celebrating something tell them they will make it extra special for you. Maria went above and beyond for us before during & after our trip. Had a lovely bottle of wine and a beautiful delicious cheese and fruit board waiting for us in our room before entering to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday which was set up prior to our stay. Maria & Alice set everything up for us making our trip incredible! Transportation to and from the hotel was arranged. We absolutely loved our stay here & everything is soooo close. The beaches are 3 minutes away and many to choose from. The breakfast at cosmos was beautiful every morning and served with a smile by Xrysa. The pool was incredibly peaceful and so clean (most the time it was just us at the pool). The maids did an excellent job cleaning the room everyday. I had scheduled the yoga on site stefanos was a lovely instructor we very much enjoyed our practice. Oh and huge bonus. Miss Lilly is a beautiful little pomeranian dog who will greet you and be her cute little self all around the property. She was adorable and sweet! We loved her Thank you for everything!

The room is extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is made with taste. There is also a real medium size fridge. A Nespresso machine with a complimentary selection of Nespresso brand coffee is offered and was highly appreciated. The terrace with the Jacuzzi was perfect to end the day and relax. The hotel is well located, in a calm area. It is within walking distance from the center and has also multiple bars, restaurants, shops around, and convenient bus stops to go to the beach. The parking in front of the hotel is easily accessible and free with a lot of spots. I could not recommend more Alenor City Hotel, we left having the sensation of leaving friends behind and an amazing Island where we felt at home. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
