This hotel has it all: nice rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, good breakfast and the most amazing staff. I've stayed in other hotels in Thessaloniki, but this one is my favorite so far. The breakfast is quite rich, with a lot of options, parking is available close to the hotel if you book in advance (at a very reasonable price) and the room rates are more than decent considering the area and the quality of the services.

Very helpful with recommendations. Good wifi. Large room, very quiet even though facing the street. Large and nice shower with a good water pressure. Comfortable bed, when asked for a softer pillow they provided one immediately. We didn't take breakfast, and regardless of that the hotel provided us a few times with free coffee and water bottles. Even though no elevator, the staff helped with the luggage. They also ordered us a taxi to the airport. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Everything, starting from the receptionist ladies are very friendly, attentive. The rooms are very clean, bed is very comfy. Location is very central. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very welcoming and professional. Beds are supercomfortable and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is way above most that you ever had in a hotel. Second time we booked we received welcoming cookies as well. The bar - restaurant on top is also quite nice (we enjoyed having a beer under an olive tree at floor 8). City center is about 20 minutes walk and sea side even closer.

The location is perfectly located and is near top notch restaurants, bars, shops etc. I had read reviews mentioning about a lot of noise during the night due to all the bars around but for a busy party saturday, we had no issues at all.

The rooms are cool and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They arranged an excellent local wine tasting for me. Also, when I forgot my iPad, they couriered it to their sister hotel in Athens so I could pick it up before I travelled back to the UK. I cannot praise them enough.
