The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. The hotel is aboslutely new, so we enjoyed modern and fresh interior.The rooms are well equipped and we even found the steamer instead of iron :-) We also tried once SPA, where we liked service and massage and jakuzzi. Strong Wifi was very important factor for us as we needed to work from the hotel and it worked very well. We booked the room with breakfast included and we were surprized by the quality of food.

A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!
