Falassarna truly boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk from a charming, peaceful beach, as well as the larger Falassarna beach. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. While the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect beach getaway!

The place is great, very close to the beach and to the very beautiful city of Chania. Breakfest was replenished regularly, nothing was ever missing. But most of all, as I said, the owners were awesome. Very helpful, giving us a lot of itineraries and places to visit, while being funny and kind !

The staff are incredibly friendly and do their absolute best to ensure your stay is memorable, especially Nicolas. The restaurant has good food and one of the best sunset views you will experience. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and very functional. I recommend getting a room with a view, as the sunsets are breathtaking. There is a free shuttle to the old town, which was great, as parking can be tricky down there. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of foods for all tastes.

The hotel is well located, nice rooms, kind and helpfull stuff, clean and comfortable, very nice pool, we would recommend our friends to go there!
