The pool is salted water so it’s nice to just float. Must use goggles for swimming. The breakfast area is stunning by the sea. So relaxing. Everything was very clean. There’s not much to do but just relaxing. But it’s a really beautiful place and very close to Athens. We rented a car so we were able to venture out for dinner. Lovely places for dinner nearby.

The property has a beautiful garden with amazing view and many different areas to lounge. Many different paths leading down to a private beach. Our room was well equipped and had its own balcony. There was always someone available at the reception, so we felt really well taken care of, from beach towels through coffee and restaurant recommendations. You feel a personal touch and a real sense of family hospitality through and through. We tried the breakfast on one of the days, which was also delicious and freshly prepared.

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, and honestly don’t know what else to say. Perfectly suited rooms, kitchen, bed, and shower were all in good condition. The AC saved us from the heat, as well. The views are stunning, and the general vibe is so calm and peaceful you want it to last forever. Huge thanks to Odysseus, and his team. What wonderful people work there. So friendly and eager to help. We will gladly stay there again when on Aegina. Huge recommend, 10/10!

Surprisingly lovely place. Beautiful courtyard with a pool (and sometimes cute cat visitors!). Balconies with great view. Chilled atmosphere. Breakfast was homey and very good, something we didnt even expect.

Everything, the nice people, the very big room, the perfect see view, the authentic place, the nice music evening en meditation session, really good food en drinks. Great to stay!

At a distance of 100 metres from Agia Marina Beach, Golden Star is located at the centre of Agia Marina Village. It offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access. The property is 1 km from Temple of Aphaia. The stuff was great, polite , and very helpfull. The room is exactly like the photos it's not huge but it's exactly what you need, the bed is very comfy and the balcony is huge. About the breakfast they bring you lots of different stuff and anything you need for extras or less you just have to tell them and they will do it you just have to tell them. Awesome stay will have it in mind for next time we visit aigina.

Before check in I'd asked about recommendations for an evening meal for my husband's birthday the following night. When we arrived she'd very kindly upgraded us to the sea view apartment (if you can, take one of these apartments. It's worth the view) Not only did we get a fantastic meal recommendation, but homemade lemonade and cookies, recommendations around the island on where to visit - we extended our stay!
