From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the resort's stunning location, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service. Every aspect of my stay was handled with care and attention to detail, thanks in large part to the exceptional management skills of Amo, the resort's manager. First, the resort's location is truly breathtaking. It offers breathtaking views of Dashbashi Canyon and Diamond bridge, lush greenery, and a tranquil river that flows nearby. The accommodations at the resort are great. My room was tastefully decorated, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, Room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to book resort with breakfast. The food and the view are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was very authentic. We tried local fish, meat, Tsalka potato, and of course, wine. Our stay would not be as memorable without helpful and friendly desk manager- Amo. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, Amo went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests were truly remarkable. Amo was always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns promptly. His dedication and passion for creating unforgettable experiences truly shine through, making Kass Dimond Resort a standout destination.

Although there is no air conditioning, the host had provided a couple of fans making for a good night's rest. We were met and shown the apartment, given keys and everything was made available. The host is wonderful, kind and understanding, helping us even by bringing new bedsheets and an ironing board after a small disaster while my wife was ironing her blouse. I highly recommend this apartment for a short stay or long term, rather than a typical hotel in Rustavi.
