Very central location on the high street in central Barmouth so within walking distance to everything. Ground floor so no steps/stairs. Sizeable apartment with seperate spaces. Quiet despite the central location. Booking manager was super helpful in advance with advice, directions, info on local area and car parking (a pass is left in the apartment which allows free parking at the big (main) car park by the beach/ prom.
It is a good Hotel with friendly staff, particularly Sue the Deputy Manager and the evening bar staff. There is ample parking in the rear car park (must input your reg at reception to get free parking). The meals are very good and plentiful served in the bar area or a more private area known as the Cwtch (pronounced 'kutch'). Breakfast offers a variety of hot (cooked fresh to order) or cold pastries, cereals etc.

Super clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Communication with hosts was excellent, with a warm welcome and appreciated the additional touches such as the snack welcome hamper and wine. Plenty of space for 4 people, we had everything we needed and would stay here again. The hosts provided excellent information about parking and off street parking was easier later in the day but there is a car park around 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A short walk to the beach and town centre.
The bathroom and shower excellent, the breakfast and the meals in the restaurant, the help we had from the staff taking our luggage upstairs & back down. Plus the free parking in their own car park.
Self service breakfast was very good unless you were vegetarian or vegan and then not much choice. Excellent location facing the sea with flat promenade in front of the hotel Free parking in the hotel car park. Excellent seaview rooms with walk in shower
The cooked part of the breakfast was perfect, fresh local produce made all the difference. The location was ideal as in the centre of the town and easy to get to car parks or street parking.
Excellent hotel and location, easy street parking nearby, clean spacious room (the fridge was very useful). If I go to Barmouth again (a high possibility) I'd stay at this establishment again without any hesitation. I'd also recommend to family and friends.
