On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

Price was more than fair for what we got.

There is an onsite car park which the entrance is located at the rear of the building on Gradwell Street L1 4JH. The main entrance is on Duke Street L1 5AP. (Please note Google maps will take you to the rear of the building on Gradwell Street) Everything is perfect.. the receptionist Amelia is very nice and accomodating. We got the best room! Soooo near the city center! Will definetly back here again
