Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good, tasty and had lot of variety of choices. We loved to stay here.

Gardens we’re fabulous and the food exceptional!

Lovely home, beautifully presented and in a great central location. Large well appointed rooms and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and with all needed facilities. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. They seem to have thought of everything.. Best sleep so far in the UK!

We've never been to a place that is so thoughtful. Genuinely the best stay we've had.

Check in was easy & efficient and valet service for car parking great. Most of the staff were very good and attentive especially at dinner. Food was excellent at dinner.

Nice friendly welcome, and all the staff were lovely. Nice bar. Comfortable bed. It was good to have a freshly cooked breakfast, and it was very tasty. Close to the prom and the town. We were glad we booked car parking because the street parking was full.

I did not book for breakfast, the location was ok, and guests had free parking negotiated at the pay and display car park across the road - which was a bonus!
Central location so you can walk everywhere, but it was still quiet (off-season). Car parking nearby. Comfy bed. Balcony. Didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all the necessary amenities. Provision of soap, shower gel, tea and coffee. Good communication with owners, who were receptive to the hot water issues during our stay. Sadly we weren't there long enough for them to put it right.

COMFORTABLE BEDS FOR 3, EN SUITE GOOD. Great location for town and university Streatham site. Free parking 6pm to 8am in a council run car park literally opposite - but 8am to 6pm £11 - payment only by coins or app. Cris, the Croation and and the cook excellent people. Nice, helpful and good service.
Central, quirky room, breakfast was nice. Restaurant was lovely. Additional milk, tea and coffee available at a central point to help ourselves if needed. Complimentary Free parking in car park was unexpected and appreciated.
