I got room number 1 with a nice terrace over the garden. We could park our motorbikes at their parking without any problem, and spent some time walking around. Lydford is a quite small village and it depends on Cadtle Inn, who has various places to place people. The village can be seen in 10 minutes, and it is a charming one. Very nice rooms, nice garden where relax having a drink, and also the best fish and chips we tried in Wales and the UK. Service was excellent. Ah, try the mussels in a spicy sauce, delicious. What else can we ask?

The rooms are beautiful in a simple way and offers everything you could want or need, the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site which is very good and offers a good choice of menu including vegetarian options, the food is of high quality and presented very well, breakfast is also available and is very tasty.In short for us it is a hotel that offers everything and we love it so much we will be visiting twice next year and we are looking forward to it.

The portions are good, and really fill you up for a long day. The room had most of what we needed. Spacious and comfortable.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from May through to September and free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. My husband and I sent his Aunt and Uncle on a mini vacation at the hotel and they loved everything about their stay at the Lincombe Hotel. They were very pleased with the accommodations and felt the staff went above and beyond to assist them. They would definitely recommend this hotel.

The George Hotel's historic exterior hides modern interiors and facilities. The breakfast and orange juice was amazing hash browns best I have ever had loved the location room was nice and I had an amazing sleep

The house is located right next to a lovely historic river walk down to the main town, with a bus-stop outside as a return option. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We very much appreciated the hospitality shown to us.
