I had a huge room in Renaissance style with so many features and special ornamentation from that era. It was like spending the night in a museum of decorative arts. The hotel staff speak perfect English and we're kind enough to bring my bags to the room. The location is easy to find with GPS. It's not a very large city and there's plenty of free parking within convenient walking distance although the hotel does offer valet parking for a fee. This overnight was one of the highlights of my trip.

Great room, spacious, spotless - opened March 2024 so brand new and looked it. Loved the decor. Bathroom super, shower we wonderful, bed very comfortable, efficient air con. Kettle in room - hooray! Complimentary drinks in most public spaces. Lovely pool. Didn't use the spa. Nice meal in garden restaurant - pork confit was delicious. Breakfast superb with lots of choice including fresh apricots apples and peaches as well as fruit salad. A really super place at a great price.
