Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The Palau Apartments Valencia is located near to the "ex-river" converted to series of parks, sport places, museums half way between the coast and the city centre/old town. Easy to find ways both on foot and public transport. We used buses and metro. The room was large, 5 person can live there for a week. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. 0-24 reception desk was available for check-in and check-out like in a hotel. There are several cafe located nearby for breakfast and there is a 0-24 supermarket on the next corner.

It was hard to get to the hotel using a normal GPS system due to roadworks in the city. After calling the reception at the hotel, we received clear instructions on how to get there. The valet parking took care of the rest and was a very welcome service
