The staff were incredibly friendly, caring and professional, starting our stay with Bianca, who warmly welcomed us and explained us everything with detail and gave us great ideas for our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and its strategical location - 5 min walking to the next beach - made exploring the area a breeze. Fabio and the whole team made our experience memorable with a fun and engaging Canarian wine tasting. We also joined other fun activities organised every evening at the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights, offering stunning sunset views and the perfect atmosphere with the most delicious cocktails. We are already looking forward to returning (next time with our dog, as it is not only an ecofriendly but also a dog friendly hotel) and highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a wonderful experience in Callao Salvaje or Tenerife in general.

Situated in Abades, near Abades Beach, Los Abriguitos Beach and Ganado Beach, Kora Nivaria Beach features an open-air bath. Private parking is available on site. The apartment has an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The apartments are very well kept, as well as other facilities. The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on the buses to Los Cristianos, coordinating everything for the massage etc.

The infinity pool, the river pool, the villa pool, the jacuzzi, the spa, the views, the garden, the decorations, the restaurant that has fancy food that not only looks great but actually tastes amazing. The staff is just so nice from the moment you step out of your car. They are so friendly and nice never grumpy and greet you from far away. Never met better service. It was built only 1 year ago so everything is fresh and clean. Thanks to the breathtaking decorations and plants all over the hotel it feels like a tropical place with the sidewalks indulged in flowers, palm like plants and butterflies and dragonflies flying around you. I was even amazed by such small and ordinary things like the wonderful smell everywhere, the beautiful lift or lamps in the shape of giraffes. Overall it felt like designed in every detail to make you feel like a tropical paradise.

Staying right in the heart of the old town of La Laguna, the location was perfect. An easy stroll to shops, cafes & all the sights. It was great having parking right underneath the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us & make us feel comfortable.

Apartments have a balcony, fan and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

This was perfect for the rest and relaxation we were seeking for our trip. Booked a sea view suite which was spacious and had views of the golf course and the ocean beyond. So many different areas to sit and relax in peace and quiet both indoors and outdoors. Lovely pool with many sitting/lying options for sun bathing. Staff were all very friendly and always with a smile. Restaurant was great with many options for breakfast and dinner, which varied daily and the complimentary drink on arrival to dinner was a nice touch. We spent most evenings at Icco bar, which has live music some nights and scenic outdoor seating area and also great staff - special thanks to Javier! Would recommend car hire if staying here and parking is no problem Loved it here and will definitely be returning.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. The location, staff, dinner and amanities were exceptionalle. I definetely recommend it!
