The hotel itself is exquisite, with luxury details and decor, and very clean. The reception and restaurant staff go the extra mile at every opportunity and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The housekeeping works silently and unnoticed yet they do an impeccable job! The rooftop bar was also a treat before heading into town which is only steps away. It will be nearly impossible for me to return to Palma without staying at El Llorenc! Thank you!!!

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. The hotel is very well maintained, everything is new and in perfect condition: the rooms are spacious, the gardens are green despite summer heat, the swimming pools are big with plenty of sunbeds, and the restaurants have lots of tables both inside and on the terrace. Cleanness is 100%, everything is spotless. Lots of staff at reception (special thanks to Javier) and restaurants (thanks Africa for being so kind to our son). Everyone is smiling, friendly and accommodating – which is rare these days. Most pleasantly surprising was that a small dinner buffet was waiting for us in the room when we arrived and checked in late at night, starving! Location is good for beach access, only 2 min walk, but not ideal for families with small kids – it turns into a loud drunk teenager street festival in the evenings. It’s not noisy inside the hotel itself, but not nice to see that crowd on the evening walk with your toddler. The snacks, drinks and food are very reasonably priced, no need to get your beer from the supermarket (which by the way is across the street). Also, right by the gate on the street is a car rental place and the bus stop, where you can take the bus to the airport or Palma City.

The most amazing thing about the Grupotel was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager down to the ladies who cleaned our rooms did everything to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The service was simply impeccable and we really felt at home. The facilities were excellent: the rooms spacious, with large balconies, the pool was fabulous, the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good and with tons of options. The prices of extras, including drinks and food at the daytime cafe were very affordable. Everything was great and we would gladly stay here again.
