The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is huge, with countless delicious options and excellent coffee (that's a biggy for me). The location of the hotel is perfect and everything is very clean (another biggy....). We enjoyed cocktails at the roof top bar at some point most nights and loved the relaxed feel and beautiful view. We were so busy with sight seeing eating and drinking, we never got to try out the spa. But we'll be back! Btw, the pictures the hotel posted are accurate. It really looks as beautiful as on the pictures.

Beautiful facilities and rooms. 6 pools easily accessible was fabulous. We really enjoyed that everyday had live entertainment. In addition the Kids Club looked to be very active.

She and Alberto gave us so many great reccomendations and tips. Sara and Marco were also so special and out of this world taking great care of our breakfast and dinners, all so delicious!!! We enjoyed the conversations with everyone...Marco even suggested to visit Tossa de Mar when I asked him what was his favorite place for vacation...and we spent one day in that beautiful paradise...we were treated like king and queen getting us taxis.
