Modern and very clean rooms. Big bathroom with 2 sinks. Tasty national breakfast. You can make coffee or tea 24/7 at the breakfast line. Superb location near beautiful park of pines, and very close to El Sardinero beach. Hotel staff was careful and kind. Even if you will meet any questions or problems during your vacation in Santander, hotel staff will do everything to help you and answer all your questions. Especially big thanks to Jorge and Lara. Suite Home Pinares is definitely the best place to stay in Santander!!!
Santillana del Mar
Situated in the countryside, this typical Cantabrian house is set in Herrán, 800 metres from Santillana del Mar historic town and within driving distance from Altamira Caves.
Offering mountain views, each room at Posada Herrán features rustic-style furniture, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
Friendly family welcome. Room extremely tasteful and clean. Lovely garden to sit in. Santillana del Mar very close by. Lovely continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

Free private parking is available at the hotel. a little difficult to find the hotel from the address but very comfortable stay in a beautiful town on the Camino del Norte.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning. Breakfast was well equipped and in a cosy environment. I highly recommend this place .

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Even with our limited Spanish and his limited English, we managed to communicate well. The location in the old town was great -- on a quiet street but not far from the shops, restaurants, and sights of Santillana. Free parking nearby was a bonus.

Very comfortable and spacious new appartments, well cleaned, with free parking lot in front of the building. There is a reception at the building entrance at certain hours. We got a great value deal for our stay. The location is ideal when you travel by car and visit Potes and Picos de Europa. Exceeding our expectation. Note: there is also a cheap gas-station at 2 min. drive down the N621 to fill-up your car.
Great location is you want to be close to the beach, Easy bus into town in less than 10 minutes. Free beach towels. We found free street parking nearby, otherwise cost of parking onsite is 17 euros.
Hotel has an old quaint colonial feel about it. Lots of old wooden panels and staircases. Easy access to car park off main road with plenty of free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were ok but a bit firm. Hotel is quite high up from the Old Town. 15/20 minute walk. One tip which saves your weary legs after a night out is to use the street called C. Antonio Mendoza. This street has escalators installed! Fantastic way to climb the hill 😎 Brings you out by La Taberna Radio bar near the hotel.
Warm welcome and hotel staff are excellent. Lovely hotel with bags of character. Great sized rooms and we had a fabulous balcony. Gardens are superb and great for getting out of the heat. Nice bar and small breakfast room with plenty of options and superb personal service. Good secure parking area, although we used public parking as we were a bit confused about entry to hotel car park.
We had a sea view room without a balcony. It was a lovely outlook. The hotel is just across the road from the beach and there is free parking on nearby streets and a little car park. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Comfortable bed.

The view from the balcony is fantastic (it up the hill overlooking the bay), the rooms clean a spacious with a good bathroom. The staff we super helpful and even helped park the car. The car park is small in a secure underground parking garage and free of charge, which is great for such a fantastic centrally located hotel. 5 minute walk down to the central squares for restaurants and shops. Perfect for a stay in Santander.
