He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!

They take the time to talk to you personally. The room is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. They have a secure and good parking space. You can only eat very good there. We enjoyed the breakfast options and dinner was great. Good shower also. A sure 10 for us!

The location was perfect, the facility is gorgeous, the rooftop terrace was amazing, the views are outstanding, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was beautifully appointed. To top it off, the staff are the most fun, kind, generous and accommodating you could ever hope to meet. All ar such a reasonable price.

This hotel is awesome, it's rated 4 stars but the comfort and service are pretty equivalent to a 5 star hotel. They have facilities for sport professionals with a gym that has all the equipment of a training center, semi-Olympic pool, and a full equipped SPA. The service is outstanding, all the staff is focused in giving you the best stay possible. The location is also a wonderful aspect of the hotel, having a great sight of the Mediterranean cost and all the valley. Definitively I'll return

Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.
