Nice location in the wineries of Brauneberg. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. It was possible to taste the wines of Gehlen-Cornelius in the lounge of the hotel. But there was no bar with snacks or food.. From the room, you have a great view of the wineries. Brauneberg is a small town, and there is not much to do. There are a lot of hikes in the direct neighborhood of the hotel. It was also possible to rent ebikes in the hotel.

It is just a 10-minute walk along the Moselle promenade from the historic old town centre of Cochem. Close to the city center on foot and on location parking facilities. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean, I really enjoyed staying here. Excellent breakfast!

We used it as a midpoint between Burg Eltz and Trier. The host greeted us upon arrival, the apartment was plenty large for my family, there was a welcome bottle of local wine, sodas in the refrigerator, and a nice balcony. Super cheap Biergarten within a 2 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful. Host is outstanding.
