Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theatre and university. Heidelberg Castle and Heidelberg Zoo are also less than 2 km away. Space for breakfast was limited so the hotel asked guests to choose a time "slot". This worked well. The location was delightful - beside a small, tree-lined square on which a cafe and two bars served food and drinks to (mostly) locals. The weather was good, so we walked everywhere.

We had a lovely big room for two nights, with a balcony, it was very clean with a big comfy bed. The room was quite spacious and the view amazing. Helpul staff, very good breakfast.
