After a mix-up when we checked in with an identical code that was given to two different rooms, everything was sorted. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central, yet it's very quiet.

Hotel Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the hotel building. Irina, receptionist, took all my luggage in for me. She was very helpful and kind. The room was very spacious! Everything was clean. Free parking was a definite plus.

It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with medical facilities with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. Our stay was short but very nice. We were received by the hotel staff at the parking lot to take our baggage, then showed to our room after check in, where we enjoyed a nice coffee. Staff was always available for anything, We had a quiet first day, then an awesome breakfast the next day, a walk through town and the thermal waters and some nice little local shops. After that we relaxed at the pool and played in the various different smaller pools with our son. The hotel restaurant was a marvel, I'd have the soup every day of my life again.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.
