Even though the surrounding of the building is not the nicest, you still get a view on the ocean from terrace. Markets and atm are really near.

A nice modern apartment very close to the airport (we walked there from the airport), perfect for late night arrivals or early morning departures. They speak perfect english, are super friendly and very helpful in giving you all the information you need or even a lift for a price slightly better that the taxi prices. They are starting their travel agency business so don't hesitate to ask for a taxi or guiding service for a good cost.
