Free toiletries are provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we needed something, they always provided us. When we were looking for a fried dumpling restaurant and Wang at the reception gave us the location of the restaurant. Another time I was looking for a pharmacy and Ms. Tian brought me there and translated what I needed. They also cooked a chicken soup free for me. The service was very good and brought us water bottles frequently.

The staff are the most helpful hotel staff I've ever dealt with and the service has been the best I've ever received in any hotel I've stayed in to date. To name just one example, when I told the receptionists I needed a knife to cut some fruit, they literally delivered one to my door by sending someone to my room.

We arrived around dinner time and the place was packed. However, we were attended to quickly and managed to get to our room within 20min. The staff were really professional and they immediately knew where to get my luggage which were sent over earlier. A pity I did not managed to get the names of the staff who were serving me. They even got me a great driver who got me to the airport on time.
