The rooms have a safety deposit box. simple but very cosy. we liked the real wood floor and bar of soap in the bathroom. Also nice and warm - with "proper"(european hot water radiators) heating. Way above the quality of most other, much more pricey, Aysen accomodation

The apartment provides city views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, booked taxis for me and one of them gave me a lift to another hotel (I booked both the Patagonia Apart hotel and the Apart hotel endurance. When I showed up at Apart one of the desk staff gave me a lift to Apart Hotel Endurance. Breakfast included was lovely.

El Sendero is a 2-hour drive from the scenic Torres del Paine National Park and 30 km from Cueva del Milodon Cave. FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

This apartment provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The cabin was new, modern, and cozy. The host's attention to the smallest detail to make our stay as pleasant as possible was extraordinary. Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

Late check-in was not an issue, and arrangements were made for a ahuttle from the airport that was very reasonable cost wise. It is very centrally located and near Bus Sur, which was convenient for traveling on to Torres del paine. It was a great spot to spend one night.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.2 km from Municipal Museum of History. Cecilia was super helpful with all our requirements. Location is ok and the flat is as the pic. Super cool

It was very clean and had great hot water . It also had a washing machine that worked great.

My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.
