The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago is located on Apoquindo Avenue, near many corporate offices and a few blocks from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. Room was comfortable, spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent we walked everyday to restaurants, cafes, mall, banks a park everything we needed. We did have a car to get to the Pan Am Games venue, the secure, underground parking at the hotel made it easy to have the car. The breakfast was good we could find what we needed daily( which is often a challenge when you are a vegetarian). The restaurant and bar on the property was a plus when you just wanted to stay close. We want to make a special note regarding the staff who are exceptional, went above and beyond to help us, were always friendly and professional. They are reason enough to stay or return! Thank you guys for everything!
