We’ve been travelling for 7 months and this was easily the cleanest place we have stayed. We only had one night here but wish we had longer. The WiFi was fast, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. It’s an easy 20-minute walk into the centre of Punta Arenas and the cabin is located in a quiet residential area. We would 100% recommend this to anyone and it’s great value too - what a brilliant business the owner is running.

Late check-in was not an issue, and arrangements were made for a ahuttle from the airport that was very reasonable cost wise. It is very centrally located and near Bus Sur, which was convenient for traveling on to Torres del paine. It was a great spot to spend one night.

It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.
