Clean and free parking.
Lovely location on the lake. Well appointed room and extremely large bed. Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We didn’t try all the restaurants but the food was generally very good. We used the gym a couple of times as well as the spa area. Valet parking that you pay for was very efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place in particular the gym and spa.

The location is great, the apartment is in a calm area uphill with fantastic views on the lake. It is 5 minutes from the transport museum, 10 minutes from the centre - by car. We had everything we needed in the apartment. There is free parking, which is priceless in Switzerland. It is great for families with small kids.
the building was really secure and felt very safe, smart tv with Youtube on it. Windows had blinds outside to block daylight when we needed to sleep in. Building was located just outside the city so it was easier to find blue-zone street parking which is free to park overnight and free to park 1 hour in the day.
Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was well stocked, comfortable, and spacious. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room was excellent. Check in and out were speedy and the valet car parking was exceptional.

Excellent hotel in great central location. Staff really friendly & helpful. Convenient underground parking as well, although only one pedestrian exit back up from car park, which brings you out into a main road of shops around the corner in a different street to the hotel. Bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower, which is quite unusual these days.
reception staff and restaurant staff were very interested. They made our eggs for breakfast as we requested. the room was clean. It was also very good that they offered valet service for the parking lot.
