The whole hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and kept being replenished frequently. The lift is in full working order. Easy parking. Limited underground parking but public car park next door. The room cleaned and refreshed daily. Near to the town, US Embassy, Canadian Parliament and Byward market, National Museum and other galleries. An historic town.

Healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food, desserts, drinks and fruits. I do love its underground parking lot with super high security, as only the clients can use their room card to open the garage door and then drive underneath to park the car!
The hotel is beautiful and located in the center of Old Town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Shaw Theatre. They also provide free parking for guests, which is wonderful since street parking is difficult and costly. The lobby is a must see for the artwork, fresh roses and old world charm. I also cannot say enough good things about the staff as everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The concierge even drove us to the theater and picked us up after the show himself.
Very good location 10 minutes walking distance to the falls, with free parking on-site, and option to park in on site car park the next day until 4pm for $10.
The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily which was appreciated. The location is away from (but close enough to walk to) the main touristy area which was a definite bonus for us. The staff were very helpful indeed and seemed genuinely pleased to assist. The valet parking was a bit pricey – but the car was returned promptly and without any problem. So a plus again rather than having to park in an open public parking lot.
