Service is excellent, communication is easy, the beds were the most comfortable ever. Rooms with AC and individual heating for bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic. Chef Gerald takes care of every wish or diet. I wish there were more hotels like Abigail's. Every morning a new breakfast menu is prined with weather forecast. We definately will return to Abigail's when in Victoria!

We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Vancouver! It has a good location also, with just a bus away to Richmond Centre and walking distance to several places.

The hosts were very accomodating, helpful, and friendly, and the cats were very sweet. All the nice little touches to make us feel welcome, and beautiful art. I will certainly stay here again! I want to emphasize, it was truly exceptionally clean.
