Very good location, attentive staff, and very close to everything. We were attending a country festival for the weekend, and it was a short walk to BC place stadium, we didn't have to drive the entire stay, which made everything so much easier. I also liked how secure the building is. However, underground parking was quite pricey but better than paying for street parking, I guess.
Loved the vouchers to the pool and the free parking lot option. Cleaning staff and front staff were superb and so friendly! :)

I loved everything. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The tea is super delicious and excellent price. The service was amazing and accommodating. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. Super beautiful building. The location is fantastic. I parked my vehicle all weekend in their free parking lot and walked everywhere.
On site free parking is plenty at basement car park, good for those driving. Good Beds. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and good coffee.
Very close to downtown, can see the ocean from our room, mins driving to Nanaimo ports. Room was clean, had a mini kitchen, a nice balcony. Staff was friendly. Free parking lots spots. Had tea/coffee at entrance area

If you're looking for a hot shower and a comfortable place just to sleep, this is it! Nothing fancy, no extras, and free secure parking. Did I say FREE parking? Close fancy places downtown. There's a small Cafe- castellos next door that has nice breakfast sammiches. 😋
The staff were very friendly. The loaction was good easy to walk to nearby tourust places. Free parking which we were bbn allowed to leave the car in underground parking prior to check-in.
Excellent location, close to mountain lifts. Lot of parking space in the secured underground parking lot, however the parking lots are mostly very small and can be difficult to fit a mid sized sedan. You can park upto 4 pm after you checkout which is a very good thing considering you will have to pay again to park somewhere outside.
