The staff are amazing they are so kind and helpful. As backpackers we felt a little out of place here but the staff never made us feel like this. We spent hours in the pool and spa facilities and adored the cinema room for watching a movie. We watched the World Cup match in the sky bar where the hotel provided free snacks which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was also huge and delicious!

I've visited La Paz, 3 or 4 times already. Each time Bolivian Rooms is consistent. I was given a larger suite for the same price this time, with a bigger spacious bathroom. The staff each time is so kind, helpful and though we are all wearing masks - their eyes are smiling. It's quiet.
