The staff were amazing, friendly, the hotel was clean and our rooms were large and finished to a very high specification. We booked breakfast and dinner, and were not disappointed at all in the buffet offerings, as the variety on offer was great, especially for vegetarians. The spa and pools were a pleasure to use and very clean all round. Cleaners mopping floors and using machines to clear away excess water on the floor. Would highly recommend this hotel complex with its external pool overlooking the mountains. Opened in Jan 2024, so it is still very new - maintained to a very high standard. Staff in teh main hotel and Spa have been trained well to greet guests and treat them with respect.
