We are a family with 2 young kids. The hotel location is perfect, next to the beach. And the room is new and clean. Staff are very friendly. Huge variety for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar service is good. The entertainment program was wonderful, great job to the entertainment team! It was a pleasant 6 days 5 nights stay in the hotel! Highly recommended to those who love beach and hassle-free vacation! 👍

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Everything, the location was very close to the local beach and local restaurants and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was as described. The owners are really communicative and responsive and also extremely helpful. We had a slight personal issue and the owner went above and beyond to help us. I don't often give 10s but this property and owners definitely deserve it. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Good breakfast, possible to do laundry. The place itself is nice for a family. Has a safe playground where you can leave your kids for a while and relax. You shouldn't expect 4* standard but it's clean and very pleasant.

The host couldn't be more acomodating and very prompt in answering every wiestios(and we did have lots, ha!) the location is fabulous, the apt is clean and modern, the ac was cold and silentious. We love Balchik and this is the best place to stay, as it has a gorgeous infinity pool too, in the middle of the town.

Beautiful grounds, spotless rooms, we rented the two bed villa, there’s a kitchen and a sofa bed in the open plan lounge and a private terrace outside. Everything was spotless on arrival with the bonus of a clean and towel change on the third day. There’s air conditioning in every room, a hair dryer and well equipped kitchen. You can have a bbq in the middle of the the extensive garden and the indoor pool was a god sent as the weather wasn’t great in the first couple of days. You’re 10-15 drive away from the two main beaches in the area but the roads are shocking. The complex is delightful, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
