Free WiFi is available. if you travel by car this is a perfect place! just 10 min to city center, and the hotel is on the top of the hill together with an old church. stunning views, nice area for walks. the building, rooms, service and breakfast - everything was excellent! Free private parking is available at the Holznerwirt. The A1 motorway is only 1 km away. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff, wonderful breakfast, comfortable room with private bath, idyllic country views, several types of sauna and an outdoor pool included in the fee, e-bikes available for rent-- all added up to a top notch experience. I e-biked to a lake and explored the surrounding area on 1 day, and e-biked to Salzburg on a different day. There's a conveniently located bus stop for a bus every 30 min (except Sun) if you prefer public transportation. I found the public bus was similar quality to a US excursion bus and safe late at night. There's a free app that is worth downloading.

Very convenient for families - a nice play area near the lobby where the kids could play and give us time to prepare in the mornings, our rooms were on the bottom floor somewhat close to the lobby so the kids (4 and 6) could go back and forth independently, the breakfast was good, the family room had an equipped kitchen which came in handy.

The staff is super kind, the rooms luxurious and a perfect mix between traditional and modern. The spa area is huge and offers everything you could wish for. We ate twice at the restaurant and had the best meals in a long time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! :)
