Great breakfast - Austrian meats and cheese with rolls, jam, cereals, fruit and fresh coffee. We were also offered boiled eggs, which were cooked to perfection. All very relaxed. Wifi was a little tricky to get onto but was not bad when we got it working. The room was certainly big enough for the 3 of us and the shower/toilet all worked very well. Would certainly recommend this guest house.

Very comfortable, modern and clean accommodations with amazing views of the valley. The owners have thought of everything you could need, and the space was very functional. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are also large and roomy with lots of counter space. The balcony area is very nice and private. Shared laundry, spa-like sauna area and ski rooms on ground floor. As others have noted, it’s a steep walk back from the main town, but we enjoyed taking in the breathtaking scenery on our leisurely walks. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. She recommended some restaurants and cafes, and none disappointed. We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful area and at this apartment, and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

Hotel-Restaurant Sonnhof is located in the centre of Radfeld in the Inn Valley, just 500 metres from the Old Town of Rattenberg. Rooms: They are not new, but they were clean and fully equipped. The room temperature was exactly on the spot, and we had more than enough space. Restaurant: We had a half-board option. Indeed as other comments point out, there is not much of a choice. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was impeccable. One evening we actually wandered if the restaurant had a Michelin star. Amazing cooking, even in simple/home-style meals. (Not to mention that they have a lot of house-made stuff which tasted great). To put it simply I prefer quality over quantity, and the restaurant provided! SPA: Everything was nice and clean. The pool was warm enough, not too hot, but the kids could enjoy it without a problem. The sauna great, we used it every evening after skiing. One nice touch are the spa-towels which are provided. So you do not need to carry it from your room and back. Game rooms and others: As I have two kids, it was really important for me that they have a place to have fun. The Hotel provided a great playroom for the children. It was clean and well equipped. During our stay they did not got tired of it. On one day we even played bowling that you can find on the premises of the Hotel. They also got other activities like: pool(billiard), darts, table-football and a lot of board-games. Besides this rooms, the hotel has a nice ski room where you can leave the skis and warm the ski-boots. On top of it all, there is a quite, nice and large elevator that is a blessing after a day of skiing. Location: The location if nice, a lot of stores around.The bus stop just in front of the hotel. The Ski Area(Alpbachtal) is about 10 km away. 15 min by car. Staff: I left this part at the end, since we appreciated the Staff most. From day 1 the owner would call us by name, so did the waiter at the restaurant. It felt like home instantly. From owner, to cook, to the cleaning lady, everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for this stay.
