Fabio was keen to help us in any ways (the lift wasn’t working and he brought all the suitcases upstairs for us) as well as going to a nearby bar to get some ice for our need, he helped us with a phone call in Albanian and also walking us to a restaurant close by. Regina helped us getting info for our onward journey, very professional and smiley during the busy breakfast service, listening to our needs and accommodating them all. The manager also helped us with our suitcases and the bikes, even after our checkout time, gave us info on what to explore whilst in Vlorë and the buses to Durrës. Professionalism, courtesy and style were the key words for this place. FANTASTIC!

Breakfast was good and fresh, great start for the day. Really close to the beaches and restaurants, not too far from the bus stop either. Room was super clean and balcony view to the ocean was perfect! Housekeeping did excellent job as well. We enjoyed sunsets every evening in our own balcony.
