The location was great. It is a 15 min walk to cultural centre of Puerto Plata and a 10 min drive to the cable car station. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city and ocean. Juan and his wife both met us and gave us good advice about sightseeing, restaurants and other local information. They were very friendly and helpful and Juan spoke excellent English. The apartment was well equipped and it was good to have a secure parking space in front of to the apartment.
The property is really pretty, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, they even offer pool towels which is great. Also they have a spacious parking lot.
The location is good. Near Willemstad but not too busy. Next to Lions Dive Resort and Mambo Beach so many restaurant options and shops available. The rooms are quite large, even with kitchen. Parking is possible for free just outside the resort on a guarded parking lot. Nice snorkeling in the bay.

Check-in went smoothly and communication with Michael was good. I had a good stay a the apartment, which has everything. Restaurants, bars and beaches are not far away and there is small parking lot where to park the car. A great bakery was around the corner as well. There was good wifi, a/c and a functioning kitchen with microwave and cooking plates. I would definitely come back :)
The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Willemstad in a brand new building. Good cleaning service and fast and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view and going out of the city is easy by public transport or with your parked car at the free parking lot in front.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The people who work in the kitchen were grumpy and angry. It was very disappointing. They have indoor parking but the concierge was not helpful in allowing me to get my car out of the parking lot for making sure that there wasn’t traffic on the road when I accident. The hotel is going downhill. It’s unfortunate because at one time it was a wonderful place. It no longer is so nicotine as good value for the price of the room :( !!!
The hotel is centrally located and has good views from the rooms and restaurant. Large and secure parking space. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff went above and beyond to help me when another car scratched my car in the parking lot and drove away. They even polished my car for free. Many thanks!
Staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was large and well equipped. The beach was right across the road. I could park the car in the hotel's parking lot which was guarded at night.
