    Number was on the gate, called and was met at the gate and guided to the parking spot behind 2 more gates. I was allowed the opportunity to top up the Dual battery system in the vehicle using Solar power and offered a Complimentary bag of wood with fire lighters. Nice Braai spot with grids, cleaning brush etc, with more wood available @ R20 per bag. Upside Zero Load Shedding. The host was very helpful in providing loads of information regarding our route and went above and beyond, very nice people!

    Exceptional hospitality by Marc and Veronica. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. Fridge stocked with cold water, milk for coffee, yoghurt for the muesli provided and fruit juice. Rusks for your coffee. The breakfast was a lovely croissant with scramble egg, beautiful prepared by Veronica on a time that suited us. Safe parking. We will definitely recommend Lavender Cottage as a stay over for your trip
