The price, professional, honest and friendly staff and management. Right by the beautiful beach and stunning rocks with palm trees. The breakfast was outstanding. Kitchen net had all appliances that you need. Flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Safe and secure parking.

Security for parking. On Saturday night after function staff ensured we could park our care inside fence. Secure parking must just be for inhouse geusts
The room was clean and in order. The view of the ocean was also beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed and promptly attended to my requests. Overall a good and decent experience but I personally will most likely not return due to the parking issues stated below.
Breakfast was great with a wide range of options. Room view could have been better but was not bad. Staff was friendly and assisted with providing me with an appropriate adapter to charge my phone. Centrally located and safe patrolled parking.
Close to the beach and City Centre was great help. Paid breakfast was good value. Free secured car parking gave us piece of mind. Quick service by locksmith made the waiting tolerable.
Breakfast was not included but we got coffee rusks and breakfast cookies.
The location has beautiful views but parking is a bit of a problem steep driveway.
Easy to find, biker friendly, 24 hour security, close to cbd but not. I have stayed here 5 times in the last year and a half, in all the room types, ground floor and upstairs. They are all excellent but I would recommend the ground floor family rooms. The secure underground parking has always had a place for my motorcycle and as it is locked when last guest parks for the night, my 🏍 is safe.
The hotel has plenty of ground for a stroll and even a small jetty.
