This place is absolutely amazing in every way. Breath taking scenery, the food was unbelievably good and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Friendly and welcoming staff. Portia was very helpful in offering guidance on the best viewpoints along the Panoramic Route. The Sunbird chalet was very nice as a family unit, spacious and well equipped with internet (not fast), a battery & inverter power backup (no load shedding), private splash pool, outside shower, braai / barbeque facilities and full kitchen amenities to enable self-catering.
