Basically, tradition meets modern excellence of design. The founders of the hotel repurposed an old ottoman house into a neat hotel. You can encounter neat little traditional touches all around the hotel, may it be old photos of the city or qilim-inspired rugs. - Not only is the design special, but the customer service is also phenomenal! The hotel is run by a family that started with their business only this year, and let me tell you, they are doing their job really well. The staff will always go out of their way to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. They offered me water, tea and coffee (free of charge i must add) every day of my stay. The staff will definitely try to help you with every question/request in the best and friendliest way possible.
